- Apply generously from roots to ends on wet or towel-dried hair as a normal conditioner for 1 minute, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Wet hair, then apply generously from roots to ends, gently massaging into hair and scalp in the same manner as shampoo. Rinse and repeat. Apply as a normal conditioner after the final rinse (as described above).
